What goes on the roof matters.
Two roofs can look the same from the street and one of them is half the quality. Once the shingles go on, the rest is covered up. These photos are from one of our jobs.

Arizona requires two years on workmanship. Ours runs 10 to 25 years depending on your roof system. GAF covers the materials for up to 50 years.

What does GAF Master Elite mean?
It is a factory certification from GAF, the roofing manufacturer. It lets us offer GAF's strongest warranty, the Golden Pledge, on qualifying roofs.
